We produce small-batch breads, bagels and sweets using organic flour and time-honored techniques. From hand-shaped loaves to delicate pastries, everything we make is rooted in quality, care, and flavor.

Crocodile bread, bagels, and Danish pastries are made fresh daily. Other staples, like raisin walnut bread and onion rolls, are rolled out several times a week. Rotating items are made seasonally or as inspired. We also do limited runs of specialty breads.

For lunch, we offer a $5 menu that includes soups, sandwiches, and hot specials made from fresh, healthy ingredients. Soups are made from scratch with flavors from around the world. “Euro” sandwiches, which are inspired by the delectable bites in European bakeries, feature our fresh baked rolls filled with combinations of high-quality meats, cheeses, and condiments. We often have hot sandwich specials, and on occasion offer comfort foods like mac & cheese, chicken & biscuit, or meatloaf. Slices of focaccia with abundant toppings are available daily.

Our Good Bowl salad bar features fresh greens, vegetables, legumes, proteins, and house-made dressings. Fill a healthy box for $10 meal, or go for a $5 side-salad size cup.

We are also happy to create custom sandwiches from our available deli meats, cheeses, vegetables, and condiments with your choice of a fresh baked soft roll, baby crocodile, or bagel. $5

Scratch-made from fresh vegetables, herbs, and other quality ingredients. Rotations are based on season and produce availability. Examples include Italian lentil, Duchess potato, cream of mushroom, clam chowder, chicken & rice, curried cream of cauliflower, chili, gumbo, cream of broccoli, and black bean. $5 for 16 oz cup.
